As to the ads: Sounds like a browser issue. We don't have control over them as proboards technically owns this, but an up to date browser should navigate it fine.

I’m not sure but I think Firefox doesn’t appear to lock up as much.

Okay we are having a seriously hard time getting the driver to install. Window 7 struggles says it found the driver but encounter an error of can go d the driver but can't find the file

actually we just went and bought a new computer..... the other one would not have run Fusion 360 anyway so might as well bit the bullet.... new omputer loaded up no problem was up and running in no time |

I'm not confident what drivers need to be updated. When I connected the other day, the jog controller buttons were grayed out, but no errors. Eventually, I got the Serial/COM port error. I have several versions of it that I am no longer confident in what needs to be done.
