So I have done 2 replacements for the anti racking wire cable on the power route. I am sure I had them too tight the first time, but it didn't seem so to me. The wire seems to fray from the repeated rolling over the same spot in the smaller jobs I have been doing. Wondering if anyone has any insight on minimizing this issue, and to approximate the tightness.
The rollers are aligned well and are rolling free, and I don't feel any burrs on them. I have installed them in the direction as the pic shows.
Thanks, Ed

Hey Ed. I've not had that reported elsewhere. Is it possible it's rubbing anywhere? Vinyl coated wire maybe?

This may be completely useless, but I downloaded a hertz meter on my phone to get them set to the same frequency For my app the freq from the wire was 75 hz. I have no clue if that is good or bad, but I don't have any issues with it.
