Hello I got it put together and i followed all directions and its not loading to my computer I'm running win 10. Nothing happens win I plug in the usb cable, and once I turn the power on still nothing but the motors are get hot even though the machine isn't working

The motors are supposed to get hot because power is flowing through them.
Nothing is supposed to happen when you plug in the USB cable, except a driver loading in the background (which sometimes doesn't happen, depending on the system). Check out the part about loading universal g code sender and booting it up.

What file does it need to be extracted to?

Have you read the instructions on this section? I feel like it would have answered this question already. There's not a location that needs to be extracted to. You can unzip UGS and put it anywhere you like on your computer.
