In the pursuit of the sub-0.2mm accuracy required to make more detailed circuit boards, I've been tinkering with the M3 to try to reduce slop in any way that I can. One of the biggest improvements I've made so far is the addition of some GT2 belt tensioners on all 3 axes (the assembly instructions for the M3 gave me a lot of trouble getting the belts tight, and even after a few tries they seemed too loose for detailed circuit work). I didn't find any belt tensioners that worked for 10mm belts without having slippage issues at high tensions, so I made my own simple ones. If anyone's interested in using them, they're available as a 3d-printable file on thingiverse! THINGIVERSE LINK
