I'm not sure if this exists in another thread, as I am not even sure if my description is correct. I just assembled my machine(Millright M3), everything works fine so far. I am using easel to just get the feel for the machine, and will be using fusion and UGS at a later date. The issue is this: I create a triangle in Easel that is 3"wx1.5"h and when my machine draws it, I only end up with a triangle that is about 1"x1.5'h. I just have a marker zip tied to the spindle for now...I am fairly certain I need to adjust settings on the UNO board, I'm just not sure how to go about it. I apologize if this has been addressed in another thread. Any help would much appreciated.

If you are feeding the gcode directly from Easel it will mess up the settings of your machine and they have to be reset. They are posted somewhere in a thread here so you can search and probably find them. In Easel you need to export the gcode file and them use UGS to send them to the machine only. Check out this thread. millrightcnc.proboards.com/thread/1518/easel-cuts-deep

Thank you for the quick reply! That's obviously my issue. I'll check out the thread. Thanks again!

Am I correct in assuming that all I have to do open UGS, type $$ to get current values, then change the ones that are incorrect directly within UGS? Example: Let's say $25=300.000, but its supposed to be $25=600.000, do I just type $25=600.000? I ask because that's what I did, I corrected them one by one, and now when I hit $$, all values are correct. However, My Projects still aren't to the correct scale. Same problem persists, X-axis dimension is only about 1/3rd of what it should be. Any Ideas? Thanks in advance
