I finally finished my Carve King build. It was a learning experience. I'm not very familiar with these things. Everything seemed to perform as described during the initial electronics test. However, after the initial test and disassembly to place into the electronics enclosure as instructed, the Z-axis will no longer jog down. It works great jogging up. Also, jogging in 1mm increments doesn't seem to be an equal travel distance with each jog (on any axis.) I'm not sure how much of this is normal or if there is something I need to adjust before moving on to cutting stuff.

Hey. It sounds like something went awry on the stepper driver after that assembly and disassembly.
I'd suggest first making sure all the boards are seated correctly together then replacing that Z driver with the spare.
I'm not sure about the last part. Is UGS stalling and you're maybe clicking the button a couple times before it moves? I've not seen where it will move randomly.

Thanks. I'll check the boards and stepper driver then go from there. Hopefully it's something simple.
