Hey everyone, I'm about half way through the Carve King assembly and just finished putting the frame together and I think I've hit a bit of a snag. When I push the gantry to the back of the frame, the Y axis plates do not touch at the same time, so I'm guessing there must be a skew somewhere in the frame. I tried pulling the rear piece of MDF in with the corner brackets and ensuring there was a 1/64" (measured w/ a feeler gauge) gap per the manual, but it hasn't helped in squaring up the frame. Does anyone know how to go about troubleshooting this issue or will a later step in the process pull everything into square? Any help would be much appreciated! When you install the Y lead screws you can turn them to clock it to square by turning whichever one is needed to bring the gantry square.

Perfect, that's exactly what I ended up doing. Thanks for confirming!
