Hello all I have recently purchased the cut2d by vectric and completed a project I just to get feet wet in the picture you will see Black Panther ( kinda of a comic nerd ) but on one side its thinner on the cut out just wanted some ideas on what I might be doing wrong Attachment Deleted

I see what you mean, kind of clipped black panther's left ear some. Dumb question, but was the project all the way inside the bounding box of CAD program?

no not a dumb question at all . Im pretty sure it was . i watched a ton of tutorials,all in all it was pretty simple project

Also look at the DXF itself. If it's something you got on the web it could be that the DXF itself just isn't symmetric.
Post up the DXF and let's have a gander.

By thinner, you mean in depth? Because it looks like more material was removed on one side VS. the other. That would be because the X axis rail is not parallel to the table. In regards to the symmetry, it definitely doesn't look symmetrical.

The person above is correct. I had same problem. Had to losen up some screws parrell and level the bed with the x axis rail. I was wondering how you like the Vectric software? Been looking at the vcarve desktop version.
