I was wondering if all the attachments would work with the Plasma variation of the table? Could you cut tubing with the 4th axis? Thanks! Also, A lot of people utilize Sheetcam and I use mach3 for current plasma systems, will the Mega V be compatible with sheetcam for gcode generation or is it just going to utilize a universal G code sender with the Vectric software or fusion 360 only? Thanks, I am pretty new to utilizing an arduino based system for CNC controls. Pretty cool that you were able to get the 4th access going! Appreciate your patience with the questions as well.

Hey Shaun,
We are only planning on a post processor for the plasma version from Fusion 360. You could possibly modify sheet cam's post processors to accommodate. You can often use the Mach 3 post on other software to run our machines, so it's possible you could use the Mach 3 post directly. We aren't planning on writing a plasma post in V Carve for it.
We have not used the plasma and rotary to cut pipe. It is definitely possible and all the control stuff is there, we just haven't done it. It is on a "to do" list of things we want to cut though.

Whats the clearance height from the top of the T deck to the bottom of the X gantry plate?
And is the control box able to move out of the way if I were to do a large piece, like I have been doing with the CK, by sliding it under the Y rails.

In this case, you would be better to place really long parts in the Y direction. Clearance under the gantry plate is about 90mm.

Machine: Power Route

Sorry if I missed this answered somewhere else, but will the 4th axis parts be available in the kickstarter for the PowerRoute or is that only for this new machine and part of a later plan? If later down the road, what kind of ETA would we be looking at for that addition to the Power Route for us current owners?

On the CK its right at 3 inch clearance from the starboard to the bottom of the wheels on the X plate. The pictures make it seem less than 3 inches. Good to know though.

The CK should be taller than that though from the bed to the X Plate.... More like 4 inches.

We are working on the best way to implement the 4th axis in a way that is backwards compatible to the Power Route and M3. It won't go on sell specifically for that until probably the spring.

Do you have rough weight numbers for the various sizes? Also, how much footprint will the 19x19 and 35x35 really take with controller, etc? I'm asking in the context of thinking about how to store it in my small workshop.
I apologize if this info has been posted already but I looked through your PDF and did not see it listed anywhere.

The custom UGS will have the 4th axis capability.

Interesting. What are they saying? Some are saying it's a kickstarter so it may fizzle, others are pointing out your an existing, established company, and a lot of people extremely interested and watching it close.

Was anyone who bought from the kickstarter able to select options? I wanted to add the 4th axis but didn't see a choice to do that? (said something about an option list - which i didn't see but also mentioned just adding that $ amount for the option to the pledge?) Can i still do that by managing my pledge and adding the $449 for the 4th axis?
