Greetings, I am suddenly receiving intermittent unexpected halts due to hard limit errors while cutting. My Carve King has the homing kit installed and it has been working correctly for some time. I've made several test cuts and have completed making a few production parts with the current setup and program. I suspect that the thin gauge wires that connect the limit switches may be moving enough that they are breaking at the connector. Are there any other possible causes for this? Is there a way to disable the homing switches in software to see if that eliminates the problem? Thanks for any help.

The hard limits are settings in GRBL. Type $$ in the console display and see what you have running on your machine. Both hard and soft limits should be set to 0. $20=0 Soft limits, boolean $21=0 Hard limits, boolean
This will disable the alarm.
