I made a MDF holding fixture to hold brass stock for milling fidget spinners, tolerances are really solid. This is the first time I'm using a 1/4" flat endmill on the 400W Spindle and noticed a huge machining time decrease. With a 1/8" flat endmill the job would have taken 20 minutes, with the 1/4" it only took 9 minutes! I'll have to make another removable bent tube for the vacuum suction to fit closer to the endmill when using 1/4", the current bent tube was designed around 1/8" endmills so it wasn't very efficient for this job.
Happy with the results, Enjoy!

Looks very good. Seems to be a very nice workholding solution.
