After many fails cutting aluminium I finally completed a successful project. I've posted my feeds and other Fusion 360 settings as overlays in the video. Overall machining time was 32 minutes using a 1/8" 2F Flat endmill. About half way through the job i decided to add cutting oil randomly and not sure if it helped anything, but as you can tell in the video the oil kept the shavings glued to the workpiece. Next time I'll skip it.
Now I just need to do some hand and dremel finishing to really smooth things out and call it done!
Enjoy!

Thanks Kevin, feels good to finally dial in settings using the 400W Spindle.
