Hello, I booted up my Mega V today and all was working so far in UGS. I was able to jog and home it no problem. I was running the setup wizard and changed where it says calibrate I typed in what I though was correct for steps / mm now the machine is completely unresponsive. It wont let me change any hard limits / soft limits or anything it just gives me a timeout error. There is also a huge value in the X position like 2223402mm or something of that magnitude. Not sure what I can do.
I tried changing the values to defaults but the changes wont take hold it is like there is some sort of overwrite protection on.

I see a lot of people running the setup wizard. I don't know where that idea came from but please pass around that it is not something that should be done. We have the settings on there and a lot of support inquiries are being generated by people who have tried to run the setup wizard.
Please see if you can type $RST=* into the command line. That should restore settings. Let me know if it still blocks that. It shouldn't.

I will try that when I get home. I did not realize that I did not need to run it. It made sense to me at the time to set up machine parameters that way. I thought that it would help me adjust the stepper motor stepping value.
