I think my y-axis tray is on backwards. Problem?

Must I take it out and turn it around, or will it still work?

Some of the pics in the guide need to be zoomed out a bit, or how about an F/B/L/R hammered  or routed in the MDF?

Looks like you got it right to me. That hole for the Y axis switch engagement stud should be on the left side. From that pic it looks like it is.

The directional indicators is a good suggestion. It has been considered and is something we might do.
