Is it new directly from millwright? If so I would email them. Replace with same model to. You don't need a different type, same motor = same driver.

Can't say it couldn't be a motor, but of all the items in the movement chain, (motors, boards, drivers, couplers) the motors are usually the least likely to fail. If you haven't checked the coupler to see if it's slipping I'd start there. If the coupler is good and tight with no slippage, the next suspect would be a driver. If you haven't already done so, you can swap where the problem motor is plugged in with one of your other motors that is working properly to see if it continues to have issues or if it now works properly and the other motor is now problematic. If that happens it's most likely a bad driver or incorrect driver settings.

Send an email to support@millrightcnc.com and let them know what you've got going on and the steps you've taken to determine the issue isn't a loose coupler or bad driver.
