positioning and placement does not correlate

Just got Mega V 35 x 35..UGSender is controller..had to disable hard limit to cut . Have Vcarve Pro. So when I create a 35 x 35 plane on Vcarve and save gcode file, the positioning does not match when I open the file in UGS as if some projects are completely of the work plane and router cannot physically reach. Not sure how to correct. Anyone had this problem? Was able to make some cuts but had to manipulate position...

You set your model zero in the vcarve model on the 'wood' that you are using. You put your wood one your machine (clamped down, etc) and you zero your bit to the same corner on the actual piece of wood. Load the gcode file and run.
