Whenever I get a few minutes (which is rare these days) I'm chipping away at a dust shoe I want to offer for sale. Here's a little clip of the Carve King peck drilling holes for it. It's made of HDPE and will have a strip brush fastened to it all around the perimeter. Early testing looks good with it. I had to move the vacuum hole back a bit as the vacuum was too close to the brush and was sucking it into the hose. http://instagram.com/p/BVYEJV0gfOf

Not entirely sure yet. Haven't had much time to work at this because of other priorities, but I'd expect the 30 to 45 USD range.

Man Derek , what a slacker ? I mean geez sure you run a business and designed a larger CNC carver for a low cost that any hobbyist can afford . But we know for a fact you get atleast 3 hours sleep a night plenty of time to be make a dust shoe. Now no more excuse

LOL. I'll try to do better! What I'll probably do is just sell it as a "some assembly required" type product. If you guys can build these, you can do the dust shoe no problem. Just got to tweak the design a bit and it will be about ready to roll.

I'm still rocking my PVC wye dust collection. One day I'll actually mill my designed dust shoe. Though, my time away I took the laptop and did some offline 3D designing. Both with ArtCam and Fusion. Awesome stuff I've got in the digital realm. Now to find the time to make it so.
