Two things, aside from not seeing other features that perhaps you intended to be there.
I think your step over is too large. For instance, you might be doing a pocket operation with a step over set to 100% of the end mill diameter. This leaves ridges along the bottom or entire pieces of stock like you see there, especially if the end mill is slightly undersized (as in it's actually a 3mm diameter end mill that was advertised as a 1/8", which equals 3.175mm). Secondly, check how your router is mounted to confirm that it is nice and plum. You can also see those kinds of artifacts if the cutting tool is coming at it from a bit of an angle.
We're getting there!

Did you add your mills to the Fusion 360 tool library? Looks like the mill is smaller than what fusion thinks it is. What cut operation did you use? It seems it only left material as it started to go with the grain. Maybe it was pushing material to the side rather than cutting it. Soft, open grained wood can do that sometimes. I'll be up all night getting boxes ready to go into the mail tomorrow. Let me know if you want me to look at the file and walk you through any of it.

Thanks guys. Those were my two thoughts; the end mill be a little smaller and the wood, popular was a bit too soft. I've read all of the place to measure the end mill and I have a set of calipers laying there but yet I just went on. This was a piece of scrap I had laying around and was just a test run. I know one thing, I've learned a ton from this little project.
