Does anyone know of someone that can take a image I have and turn it into a 3D model, beyond just the standard extrusion that I can manage? I'd like to turn the symbol for our Non-Profit into something better that I can put on things for fundraisers. One image is what I have and the other is represents where I'd like to take it. Sorry, but everybody would love that 'magic' program. The sad truth is about $2k and becoming experienced with aspire.

Producing 3D relief CAD is an art unto itself. If you have something like Vectric Aspire you can create your own reliefs.
Blender is a free 3D modeling software that is used for creating whole 3D environments and characters. There are a ton of how to videos on Youtube on Blender also.
