Hey everyone, hoping someone has some experience with this issue and can point me in the right direction. The Y axis gantry of my power route xl is binding. I can see that it is racking and getting off of square. It happens when the gantry is closest to the stepper motors. What should I investigate first? I'm hoping for a process to troubleshoot this vs just starting to take things apart.

I had this same problem when i first got my Power Route Plus XL put together. I found that one of my 'Y' motor/screw couplers clamp screws was stripped (most likely I over tightened it during install or the individual who helped me did) and had to have the guys at Millright send me a new one. Put it on, and have not had an issue since. the Y axis motors are beasts and if you end up with a racking issue recommend checking them first.
