I bought a brand new Carve King 2 in January 2022. I built everything exactly by the instructions and have carved about 10 projects with it already. Last week I created something on Fusion 360 to carve out ( I have used Fusion for every project with no issues) and when I loaded the file through UGS my screen immediately flashed black for about 2 seconds and UGS shut itself down. I opened UGS back up, tried loading again and the same thing happened. Now when I connect my CK2 to my pc and open UGS it will not let me control the machine. I have been connecting it to my laptop in my garage where the CNC resides, so I decided to try connecting it to my desktop thinking maybe my laptop is messing up (Its over 10 years OLD). But its doing the same exact thing when connected to my desktop and its brand new.
Here is what I get in the console command screen:

Grbl 1.1h for MillRight CNV Carve King 2 ['$' for help]

Before the glitch I would get a long list of commands as soon as I clicked the connect tab to link machine and pc together.
I have tried entering commands such as ( $ $$ $H ) with ZERO response from the machine. I can't control the machine in any direction, all Jog Controller options are greyed out. I loaded an older file that I carved in the past and that opened up the jog controls but still will not move at all. I have been researching for a fix to my issue but haven't found anything that works.
I have tried running the setup wizard and I get prompts such as:
Couldn't enable/disable the hard limit settings: Couldn't find setting with key $21 to update
Couldn't fetch the hard limit settings: Couldn't find setting with key $21
Couldn't fetch firmware settings: Couldn't find setting with key $21
Couldn't find setting with key $22 to update
Couldn't fetch firmware setting with key $130
No configuration file loaded
Someone please help me out here.
