Y1 connection = Y-Axis Left or Right

Hi,

I've assembled my Mega V, and am connecting the motors to the control box. The box is labelled with Y1 and Y2.  Does it matter which Y-axis motor I connect up to Y1 and Y2?  Is Left Y-Axis got to Y1 or Y-Axis right go to Y1?

Hey Mike. I don't have that machine but I was able to find these incredibly detailed assembly instructions with a labeled photograph showing the wiring in question.
