Power route connecting but not communicating

Hello, I have a Power Route that was working fine. My laptop crashed and I had to replace it. I did that and it connected and worked fine. I thought I would do the setup wizard and during the calibration I got confused and hit cancel. Now the machine will connect but won’t jog or move the machine at all. I messed around with settings to try and fix but nothing worked. I even downloaded Open Builds controller at the request of Millright support. Nothing I do seems to get things working. Can anyone help me on this?

put the arduino ide on your computer and connect with it. Open the serial monitor and see if if's talking.
