Whats fried?

My Power route has been working flawlessly for years but this morning its not powering up properly. Ill upload a video of what its doing.
What do I need to test? 
The fans aren't coming on and its just lighting the X stepper driver red and green lights with no machine movement.
Of course this happens on a job that needs to be done yesterday

How many watts is the power supply? Im going to start tossing parts at it

I put a power supply in it and so far appears to be back. Does anyone know what I should set the output voltage to? 36?
