Mega V Pro spindle stopped

Does the spindle have a fuse?  It no longer turns on, tried restarting, re-homing, etc.
This started after a small error caused the bit to dive deep into the board, stalling the spindle.
Hit estop pretty quickly, but shortly after that the Masso rebooted itself.
Looking inside the controller box, the white box is flashing the message shown ("r00.0"?).  Not even sure what the white box is for?  This machine came with almost no documentation, I don't even know what brand the spindle is.

That box is the VFD. When the spindle bogs down, the VFD trips an alarm. If you cut power, you will need to wait about a minute to reset the VFD. Once that is done, you should be able to turn everything back on and have the spindle run.

That explains why it now works even though I didn't fix anything.  :-)  I just need to be more patient.
