I seem to be having an issue with my PowerRoute (5 yrs old). The Y limit switch all of a sudden decided to not work. Homing the machine fails with an error. When I go thru the setup and test the limit switches, X and Z work fine. Nothing on Y. Tested the physical switch (continuity). Works fine. Tested the end of the switch wire at the plug (continuity). Works fine. Opened the controller case and did a visual inspection of the wiring. Seems fine...no loose or burnt wires. Checked the termination point of the wire to the header block on the circuit board. Tight and well seated. Continuity good from plug socket to header block. Furthermore, the board LEDs (see pic) correspond to the activation of the limit switches. They are all lit and when I trip a limit switch one of them goes off. Trip another, then another goes off. etc. This happens with *ALL* the limit switches. But the test limit switch screen never shows a change of state for the Y switch. Anyone have any ideas of suggestions? Using the standard UGS software. - Pete
