Why not include a little bag of extra parts for the small stuff like a couple of the screws/nuts/bolts/washers, etc and other inconsequentials (cost-wise) in the package for the little things that might get lost or inconsequentially left out. A tiny bag of extra parts probably would not add much to the cost (being an accountant I know every little addition reduces the bottom line). It would probably save on ship outs of parts lost/not included and It would probably eliminating most of the frustrations encountered when missing a part and waiting for it as well. Just a thought - not in your business, nor do I know the frequency you encounter this issue, but might be a money saver in the long run as well as putting a happy cnc face on a customer who just lost one of those little nuts. Probably could even be sold as an option. Again - just a rambling thought!
ps. still looking for the lazy man's assembled option as well....lol

That's a fair request and should be considered. For what it's worth, if we do leave something out its usually just an all out goof where a process or supervision of that process failed and an extra bag wouldn't save the ship-out. This doesn't help when you lose one though.

I was actually pretty impressed that there were extra parts included such as stepper driver... something that I would not just be able to go grab at the store.

Check noses. My Three year old swiped a washer and stuck it in his nose.

I didn't notice until he started sneezing and picking his nose. Said he has something in his nose. Lol
