Can the King's table be milled down for leveling to the spindle or are the aluminum t-slots in it too close to the surface?

No you wont be able to mill t slot bed you will have to put a spoil board down and mill that. i used 16 mm thick piece of mdf but a lot of people use 1/4 for instance, i just used this size so i can mill it multiple times

I was very lucky when i assemble the king with no experience with anything like this before i was out just a hair and the only reason i even noticed this when i done a sample engraving and noticed it wasnt 100% Thats why i milled my spoil board and now its 100%
