So I finished the mechanical portion of the assembly on my Carve King yesterday and I have a question.
On one of the X-plates, one of the bottom V-wheels isn't touching the extrusion. It's not on an eccentric spacer so I see no way to adjust it up to the rail other than by tightening the eccentric on the wheel above it. That will get it where it needs to be but by the time it does, that wheel on top is WAY too tight. ??

It's probably a matter of the spacing between the two rails at the end plates. The bottom x rail is probably too high relative to the top X rail. Back off all the extrusion tap screws a couple turns and you'll be able to get the rails back into proper relative position.
