Playing around with F-engrave and .bmp images a little. The material is 1/2" PVC sheet from home depot. The stuff cuts awesome. Was like $25 for a 24"X48" piece. Not really sure the best finish for it though. The red is just rattle can spray paint which worked alright but was a PITA to work with. Attachments:

Looks awesome man. What you can do with PVC, ABS, and HDPE, basically any plastic is use an adhesion promoter. I think the best out there is bulldog. It's what I used on the starboard my storm trooper is made from. Spray one coat, wait 15 min, then hit with another coat. You only need 2-3 coats. Give it thirty minutes then spray with whatever paint you want.
