Can somebody please help I don't know what's going on here this is about the seventh attempt. Is it possible that the files or Goode are to big for gbrl to read cause I'm very confused.

You are possibly losing steps it looks like to me. From a mechanical perspective, your anti-backlash nuts could be too tight or there could be screw misalignment where by the motor shaft is not in line with the screw or the bearing block on the other end isn't in line. This could cause it to bind and lose steps as it approaches an extreme of travel. Normally you can see misalignment this serious or, with everything off, you can spin the coupler by hand towards the end of travel and tell it gets much harder to turn. Another mechanical cause are v wheels that are too tight.
A file won't be too big to read, in general. Your computer could be having a hiccup in the g code transmission, however. That's a possibility. Is it always happening along only one axis? If so, I'd rule out any kind of computer hiccups and thing more in the mechanical direction.
Let us know and we'll work from there.

I agree with the losing steps. Or possibly, power surges/drops causing steps to be missed. But judging by the pictures, it looks like it's off along the X axis assuming you orientate your work right side up.

Just an update backlash nuts could have been the problem I did do a test run and was ok but I'm going to do another run now 350 wide so fingers crossed 🤞

Sounds good. If I were you I'd run it in air a few times. Just mark your origin. If it doesn't come back to the same origin position when commanded then there's still more figuring to do.
Best of luck. Always here to help.

Love it when a problem gets solved and someone gets the feeling of success. I do have a question. Is it just the photo, or is the outer edge not a perfect circle? It appears somewhat asymmetrical. lol
