My Y axes on my King are not moving in unison. I have run a multitude of testing and have issues even moving 5 mm together. I have run multiple tests both tightening and loosening the anti-backlash nuts and the eccentric nuts to make sure that both sides are the same and I still cannot get the system to run evenly. I seem to be having the biggest issues with the left side. Any suggestions? PLEASE HELP!!! I am excited to get going on milling. I have graphic arts, 3D design, and mechanical engineering backgrounds and want to start creating. Thanks, Nate O.

It's to the point where the left coupler is actually pulling away from itself at certain points when moving towards the front of the mill, if that helps.

Make sure your jumpers are installed correctly because it sounds like the steps are off on that side. If the coupler is pulling apart from itself, that also means that you need to tighten the set screws in the collar opposite the motor on that side and check the set screws on the coupler. The screw should not be moving linearly at all.

Hello n8,
As Aforww mentioned, we need to be sure the jumpers are set right. Also, please let us know if you ever plugged the power supply into the blue board. If so, proper step functionality usually gets destroyed when that happens.
Let us know about those two things and we will proceed accordingly to get ya going ASAP.

Thank you guys for all of the support. I found out my multimeter was not functioning properly. I borrowed a friends and tuned the jumpers to the correct voltage and everything is running great! Cut my first two pieces last night.

Just for future reference, you're taking about the drivers. The jumpers are just plugs. But, glad it worked out.
