Issue with Z portion of board communicating to motor

I am currently using Universal G-Code sender to connect to my machine and only have issues with the Z  portion of the board. I have swapped drivers, motors, jumpers and have even changed computers. I will manually control the motor with UGS by telling it to move only 1mm and the board will tell the motor to move 5-10mm. Is this a board problem or an update that I need to install?

Have you ever plugged the power supply directly into the Uno board? Doing so tends to destroy microstepping.
