I am using a MillRight M3. No matter what the shape is that I cut, I always have a marking of where the router bit startred and finished it's path (see attcahed photo). What am I doing wrong?

You might have a little lead in lead out arc that is going the wrong way. It might just be from the xy dwell time while the z goes up and down. Little lead in and lead out move will fix that.

At moment - Easel. Fusion 360 seems way too complex for these simple parts I am trying to cut out.

At moment - Easel. Fusion 360 seems way too complex for these simple parts I am trying to cut out. Easel is easy to use but it's not recommended that you connect your Millright Machine to it. Easel will reflash the settings on our machines. However, you can still use it to do your CAD work without your machine connected to the program with no negative effects on your machine's settings. To do so, go into Easel (without your machine connected), do your CAD work save it then click on the "machine" dropdown on the blue bar near the top of the program. From there click on the "advanced settings" and go to "Generate G-code. Save the file on your computer, then exit out of Easel, connect your machine and access the file you created in Easel through Grbl and send it to your machine that way.

Good advice about no direct connections, Kevin.
As to how to set lead ins and outs in Easel, I will have to defer to some of our resident Easel users as I have rarely used it. I’m not certain that the regular version has lead ins/outs, but I’m sure the other guys can chime in on that.

Thanks Kevin. That is the way that I have been doing it. I have never connected the machine directly to Easel. Still puzzled & bewildered by the path start & end marks.

It’s a very normal thing when the software doesn’t make lead in/out moves. The solution to this will just be finding out if Easel can do lead in/out.

It was strange - it seemed to be an issue with both the UGS I was using and the version of grbl I was using. I was using grbl v 1.1 and UGS Platform. When I switched to UGS Classic, the problem eased up a bit, but was still present. Then an issue developed with grbl. Alex & Derek were noth stumped. I went down to grbl v0.9 and the problem went totally away. Have been now been using grbl v0.9 and UGS Classic, with my M3, for a while now, and, I have not had any more issues. The M3 is running great and I am a 'Happy Camper.'

I am using a MillRight M3. No matter what the shape is that I cut, I always have a marking of where the router bit startred and finished it's path (see attcahed photo). What am I doing wrong? Interesting, I had a similar issue a while back with Fusion 360 and tabs. The end mill left a mark on the wood at every tab. I learned that it was caused by deflection introduced by using Climb Milling. I switched to Conventional Milling and the issue went away. I used Easel quite a lot at first and I never saw marks like that, and have never seen where you can adjust any Lead In or Lead Out in Easel. Grbl v0.9 and UGS Classic is a good, solid combo. I have to use UGS Classic to run any Vectric g code, UGS Platform just won't do it without tons of errors.
