Hey Aforww I know this is a old thread but i was wondering if you had a how to for this one . My grandson loves batman. It's pretty easy. I've attached both the Batman plate file and a blank switch plate file you can model around for other things. Just take the blank one and put it into the center of whatever design you want then do all your extruding from there. Both are designed in MM. The Batman cover uses 1/8" stock. Keep in mind, the back will be flat and most switches will be mounted on the face of the wall so there will be a little gap. The solution is to remove a bit of drywall behind the switch so the metal fits flush with the face of the wall if the 1mm gap bothers you. Attachment Deletedswitch plate cover blank v5.f3d (293.73 KB) NOTE: For Easel users, go to file, click Import G-code and download the Fusion 360 G-Code Plugin. You will still need to generate the G-Code with Fusion but you can do all you modeling etc. in Easel.
