The voltage regulator on the Uno looks blistered in the picture. It’s dead. If I remember the circuit diagram correctly (I’ll have to look at it again) that can only happen when the Uno gets power from the barrel plug side. Did you plug it in with the power supply going directly into the Uno board at some point?

Ok, so now I'm back in business. Thanks Derek. Ran the mill work file with the router off no issues. About to run it with the router going...crossing fingers

So UGS is locking up? You can't shut it off without a reboot of the PC?

Ok your shutting down the process in task manager. Does it only lockup when you start the router?
Check your router power cord placement. Move it away from the cnc shield control unit and stepper motors as much as you can. Make sure you are plugged into a properly grounded outlet. Don't use a 3-prong to 2-prong power adapter.

Ok so I moved the router plugin to its own plugin and made sure the cord went up in the air over to the plugin..and it ran the whole mill work text file complete with no stalls.
So now i need to find out how to activate the enthusiast license on the fusion. I love f-engrave for words and signs but i need to make me some hold downs and shapes.
My biggest problem in f-engrave is trying to set the origin. I set my zero to the bottom left on the cnc table. But when i pull up the svg it never shows it in the right spot...so i guess that my next feat of strength to achieve.
But thank you all for the help....I'm sure ill be around for more help.
