Noticed while installing my Delrin Nut, that they seem to be different from install pics. The lock nut washer counter sunk part is on the opposite side? So, I stopped before I have to back track. Attachment DeletedAttachment Deleted

Hey bud. Thanks for asking. They get made either way and are interchangeable. You're good to go.

putting the v wheels on the x plate together, are there any washers other than spacers used in this step?

No, just the spacers.

(M4x20 machine screw through the T track) I only had M4x25 in my kit, so that's what I used hope all is good.

M4x25 is correct. I think what happened there is that there was a brief window that the new website has an older version of the assembly instructions and stead of the most recent copy. The newer version is up if you want to look at it.

*** Manual***Get four #10x1.5” self-drilling screws. Place them through the holes in the front frame and drive them into the tap holes of the V slot extrusion. Be sure that the top of extrusion flushes with the top and side of the frame piece. I only have one hole for the the self drilling screws through the front frame? Photo attached

Something isn't right. Look at the pics in the instructions. Trail flushes up to that flat part just next to the "ear" on that front frame. Crazy question, but is the hole there on the other side just not punched through all the way?
The hole you have it in is for the corner bracket that is optional... it braces that front frame to the rail.

there are holes on the other side. but manual says** Observe the Front Frame and notice that one side has thin rectangular pockets while the other does not. The rectangular pockets will be installed facing the bed. Place the machine screws through the washers, and into the holes in the bottom of the Front Frame from the side that does NOT have the thin rectangular pockets. rectangle pockets are facing the bed the way i have it?

drag chain plate......manual says****** Run an M5x10 screw through the aluminum angle and into the thread of the T nut, applying good forward pressure to catch the thread.
are the 5x10 screws suppose to bottom out on the extrusion and leave the aluminum bracket loose?
